Hi guys

Im having dramas resetting my passwords too , only when i click the forgotten password button I get- Sorry, the Member with identification '' does not exist.

My email is correct as its the only one I have , and my id shouldnt have changed.

So I cant log on to generate new passwords. the old ones dont work anymore

any ideas ?

Have tried emailing ivao , but still no reply after 4 days now , still unsure who to email , have tried several addresses off the ivao web site.

any help would be great !

hmmm, sounds like may be having some difficulties getting back to normal ....

I just sent an email to them regarding this issue,

In the mean time, you want to turn Teamviwer on and I come in and double check your email filters and trash bin ?

It should be fixed by then Phillip

I got onto the MD , LD and WM and they have found an error in the new mail server scripting and am working on a fix as I type.

Hopefully you should have an email shortly

Ok the error is now confirmed fixed and a new email sent to your email address so check for it when you can,

If its not there, please let me know ASAP so I can let the WM know.

Sounds like you have a major conflict with current and previous email addresses .....

Create a brand new email address using yahoo or gmail and name it phillip.ivao@ (something that is unique and easy to remember, or ask me to create you one just for IVAO and have the MD change the email address on your account, then reset the passwords.

thanks .Better you creatr ne only for IVAO.
relutant to change my original as have many emails weekly at that ad
The thing I can understand is IVAO are the only one wth problems.
Further -why am I receiving emails from IAO with messages and not including passwords also.
Why send passwords seperatly and not included in their message??
Normally new P/wds are included in any request
In case you did not read my Heading South post tel is 96772240.if you get down that way

Hi Phillip, yes i did get your email thanks, sorry I haven't replied yet, been a little busy these past couple of weeks.
I will try and catch up with you when you hit Australia.


I created an email address for you

Send an email to md@ivao.aero and request that your email be changed to the following;

phillip.ennew@ivaoau.com

I will send you the information needed to access the email address later this afternoon.

Hopefully you will be back online by tonight.

Thank god for that!

Before I went to bed I got onto the WM on Skype and advised that the problem with the Password Reset script was still bugged so he visited my computer via Team viewer and saw what was happening, 20 secs later he advised that it is now fixed .. lol

Am glad you now have it sorted and it should work for anyone else wanting a reminder or to reset their passwords.
