Australian Virtual Airlines collects personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name  and your e-mail address during registration.   There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected each time you log in to the network, such as, but not necessary limited to, your IP address and access times.

Australian Virtual Airlines collects and uses your personal information to operate the network and to deliver the services you have requested. Your personal information, with the exception of your e-mail address, can be reviewed by the public in the user database. Your e-mail address is only available to Administrators and will be used only for official purposes.

Australian Virtual Airlines does not sell, rent or lease or otherwise allow access to its user lists to third parties.

Australian Virtual Airlines will disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by  law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law.

Australian Law provides severe personal penalties upon persons who misuse personal information obtained about others and Australian Virtual Airlines will vigorously defend the right to privacy of all members.   These penalties are enforceable in most countries of the world.
